Cheeses from the Fiemme and Fassa valleys are one of typical foods in Dolomites. The famous cheeses such as the Dolomiti, the Fontàl, the Valfiemme and renowned products as the goat ricotta cheese and especially the famous Cavalese Goat are made in typical mountain chalets.
