The Amalfi Coast is a popular tourist destination located in Southern Italy between the Sorrento peninsula and Salerno. The Amalfi coast, however, is better accessed starting from Rome or Naples. The trip from Naples, it’s just one hour on the local Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. From Rome, you either may take the train first to Naples and after that transfer to the Circumvesuviana train or even a ferry. The fast train from Rome to Naples requires just one hour 10 (ten) minutes. Or you can get the train directly from Rome to Salerno, on the other side of the Amalfi coast .The Amalfi coast’s history like a superior site location means it’s stuffed of luxury hotels and 5-star restaurants. Obviously, you can as well find cost-effective B&Bs and also a more laid-back atmosphere, especially in more off the beaten path places similar to Ravello, Vietri sul Mare, and Salerno. Although the major centers probably have a little bit more of a resort feel to them, particularly Positano town - Italy
