Where is Arles - France

Arles in France, is an amazing city. Its noumerus medieval monuments and Roman heritage enchanted me. It is one of a favorites tourist destination in Provence. The area around Arles is famous natural park of Camargue. Located on the southeast part of France, Arles is about 90 km away from Marseille. The town of Arles is actually at the top of the Rhone River delta. There are two river branches: the Grand Rhone and the Petit Rhone.

I went to Arles at the end of june. There was about 27 degres. It was just fine weather for stroling through the streets of the city. If you take a plane, the nearest Airports are Nimes and Avignon. A taxi from Nimes to Arles centre is about 50 EUR or alternatively you can catch a bus into Nimes for €5 then a train to Arles €10.50.
