Unlike other beaches in Corsica, Algajola isn’t just for swimmers and sunbathers, but is also one of the island’s premier locations for water sports and windsurfing.

The village of Algajola is known for its small restaurants with Corsican specialities and products of the sea. There is also the station that you will be able to travel by the small train which curves along the coast, of Calvi in the Russet-red Island. Small train is actual perfect solution on a holiday for those whitout car. If you stay somewhere for example in Calvi or Ille Rousse, at either end of the Balagne's little beach train, they will be able to use the train to go to a different beach each day and see some of the Balagne's pretty coastal villages. Ok you have to memorize the time table especial when the last train go back.
